Prima Share - Custum ROM (CusROM) kali ini adalah lanjutan dari project CusROM JellyBlast v3 yang sudah tidak di update lagi. Menurut gw Nemesis Phoenix ini sedikit ada perbaikan dari versi terdahulu yaitu Nemesis One dan Nemesis HD. Di Nemesis Phoenix ini ada fitur yang dihilangkan dari Nemesis One yaitu Nemesis Launcher (MOD dari Go Launcher) yang dulunya menjadi default launcher dari ROM Nemesis ini.
Sebelum melihat lebih jau tentang ROM ini, ternyara AvijitGhost (si developer Nemesis & Jellyblast) telah melakukan beberapa pelanggaran di forum XDA makanya banyak link yang mati karena di hapus momod. Pelanggaran yang dilakukan yaitu...
Pertama, karena si Avijit memanfaatkan XDA Developer Forum untuk narik traffic ke blog pribadinya dan mengarahkan link download ROM-nya ke shortener link adf.ly untuk "Earn Money"
Kedua, hampir 70% aplikasi di Jelly Blast dan Nemesis ROM, adalah aplikasi open source yang udah duluan ada yang cuma di MOD ulang, dan di-edit namanya sama dia, sebagai contoh, GO Launcher yang di Nemesis ROM v1.0 dirubah namanya jadi Nemesis Launcher 2, Phoenix Launcher yang dirubah jadi Nemesis Launcher 1, Aplikasi IRIS jadi Nemesis Speak, dan lainnya...

1. Flash ke StockROM (disarankan sih DXLE1)
2. Root HH-mu (cara nge-Root ==>> Di sini)
3.Masuk ke CWM Recovery (Download CWM di sini)
4. Wipe Data Reset dan Cache
5. Mount system (jika belum ter-mount)
6. Flash file NEMESIS.PHOENIX-signed.zip
7. Karena menggunakan AROMA Installer di flash aja dulu terus pas masuk ke menu AROMA langsung instal Nemesis ROM (jangan instal stock kernel karena ini bukan Nemesis ONE!)
